Are you available for projects and Exhibitions?

Yes, just contact me and we arrange to work together. I have experience and interest in curating, organising exhibitions, teaching workshops and open to any other type of creative projects.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. When I open my shop I too intend to ship anywhere in the world.

 

Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?

Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in pound sterling, or GBP (£), but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

 

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, even though all prices are listed in GBP (£), all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

 

When will fine art prints be Available?

I’m working on it but if you want asap prints of specific paintings of mine please contact me and we will arrange the best outcome.

When my shop is open:

Prints usually take a maximum of 4-12 business days from the time of purchase. Products shipping inside the UK can take 1-4 business days (normally 2 business days in my experience). For international orders, the timing will vary by a few days. Thank you in advance for your patience and if the purchase doesn’t arrive (which is almost impossible but can happen), please contact me. :)

 

How are the prints packaged?

Your product and ship it out in a poly mailer or cardboard envelope with extra protection inside. I am currently trying to find better ways of packaging products that are better for the environment, so the packaging can vary for that reason in the future.

What paper/ink do you use?

Each poster is printed with multicolour, water-based inkjet printing technique.

  • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil (0.26 mm)

  • Paper weight: 189 g/m²

  • Opacity: 94%

  • ISO brightness: 104%

  • Paper is sourced from Japan

Do the prints have a margin/border?

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork.

 

What is the return/refund policy?

If the product arrives damaged; I need a video and photos of the product and packaging, along with an explanation of what happened to strangeartist.isa@gmail.com

We will be in contact to try and resolve the issue.
